This intermediate course will cover the text of Mukhtasar al-Rawdah by Imam al-Tufi in Hanbali Usul al-Fiqh. This course will cover the topics of: sources of legislation, textual implications, the legal rulings, who is the one who can derive rulings, and how to reconcile between evidences. This text is for intermediate students who know the basics.
