Course overview
This course will first cover Al-Nadhm Al-Saghir Min Mukhtasar Al-Tahreer which is a short poem for beginners taken from the famous text Mukhtasar Al-Tahrir. Afterwards, the text of Majma' al-Usul by Ibn Abd al-Hadi will cover the topics of: sources of legislation, textual implications, the legal rulings, who is the one who can derive rulings, and how to reconcile between evidences.
